Dates: October 28th – 31st 2010 (Thursday – Sunday).
Venue: Hall № 7, International Fair Plovdiv.
Honorable patronage: Mr. Alexander Zvetkov – Minister of Transport, Informational Technologies and Communications.
International support: European Philatelic Federation (FEPA).
Organizers: Ministry of Transport, Informational Technologies and Communications, “Bulgarian Posts” Plc, Union of the Bulgarian Philatelists, International Fair Plovdiv, Plovdiv Municipality.
Competitive Classes: Postal history, Maximaphilie, Open class “One frame” and Literature.
Honorable class: “Balkan philatelic Gems” – one exhibit per Balkan country, awarded with LG medal at a World (European) philatelic exhibition.
Participants: philatelist’s exhibits from all Balkan Peninsula countries and invited collections with Balkan thematic from other countries.
Additional activities: exhibit from Balkan collectors, bit for postal-philatelic materials, session of the Philatelic Academy of UBF, children’s philatelic place, exhibitions - “Children’ pictures – designs for post stamps”, “International Fair Plovdiv presented in post stamps”, “Hobby”, “World philatelic raritets” etc.
Postal-philatelic program: postal blocks, postal cards for the exhibition’s days and special stamps, souvenirs.
